Rising Star
Startup - especially if you can trade some cash comp for equity (assuming they are looking to ipo in the next 2-4 years)
Thank you for the feedback. Equity is included as well in the offer with incremental increases every quarter.
Startup! You can always go back to consulting.
I'm poor so startup

First of all, I think this decision depends in a lot of personal things, like work style, risk, etc.
That being said, I personally would go for the startup if:
- The company is poisoned to grow fast in a couple of year
- I like the what the startup do (or at least like part of it)
- If there's some equity in the table (optional, but a huge bonus point)
I'm biased against Accenture, I think it's a really bad company to work on, but that's me and you shouldn't take my view for granted.

Sorry, busy day.
Mostly because of several friends who worked there in US and Brazil (I don't think I know anyone from London). Underpay is a thing, but most of their complaints were about the leadership.
I also had two clients directly telling me they hated accenture, one C-level, but that was the clients POV, not anyone in the team (although my opinion is that there exist a correlation btw bad leadership and client insatisfaction.
I think this is it. It might be anecdotal cases, but since all but two were very emphatic on this, I tend to think otherwise
