Compared to facilities which company (Samsung and Intel) provides best facilities? I know Intel has lot of benifits like free cab, child day care reimbursement, telephone bill reimbursement, 15% discount on shares purchase, very good leave structure, Free UDEMY for developing skills, Intel wiki for lot of knowledge gathering etc... Feels like a big shift in how WPP is approaching things. First holding company to pull out of Russia. Now, seemingly the first to address the potential impact of Roe being overturned.
Well done WPP
This is better than fake Mother’s Day cards

Wonder whether GSD&M will follow suit, or if they'll rely on their Mother's Day card stunt to do the heavy lifting while not following through and taking any real action.
This is really great and I’m proud to be part of the network. Just wish they would also step their game up for better paid/longer maternity/parental leave
WELL DONE, WPP
It’s a great step. But shouldn’t they do more to pressure state govts that will outlaw abortion? For the most part, people who work for WPP in states that outlaw abortion will have the means to give themselves options anyway. It’s the people that are lower income that will really be hurt.
There are a lot of people who work at WPP, including myself, who don’t make a lot, who make less than 100k but who live in a HCL area (and who don’t get bonuses or raises, like assistants, junior employees, those who aren’t client facing…). Agree, that lower income folks will be the most hurt (people in poverty or barely above it) and I’m definitely not saying that “less than 100k” is poverty, to be clear. Only that this new (admirable) policy will absolutely help some employees, cause not everyone would have the means to travel out of state.
It was announced today that IPG and McCann are doing the same
WOW. That is amazing. Thank you for sharing this.
