Hello there! I have been interviewing with Amazon for L6 Sr. UX Designer role. I want to understand what’s the salary range I should be negotiating for that role. I have no clue what big company like amazon and Facebook pays for someone with 10 years of experience. Any help and pointer will help me with the negotiation. Thank you.

I graduated college 2 years ago and started working on RIA in FL as a Research Analyst. During this period I got my series 65 and brought to the company two clients (total assets of $3M). Working Moms/Dads: Do in-house positions exist with flex time hours? I need to be able to leave work at 4pm to pick up my son from daycare, but i can get back online at home to resume any unfinished work at 8pm. Is this realistic to convey to any companies in an interview? Pandemic aside, is face time 9-7pm really important? Or should i just try to find a job with a salary that covers a nanny salary and accept that i will never see my son on weekdays (which would be sad for both of us)? TIA!
