TMIRG (This Month In Recruiter Ghosting)!—many weeks ago head recruiter at name agency reached out asked me to fill out a standard info sheet (location, experience, salary/rate, etc)... 👻 ever since.

Average Account supervisor salary at ogilvy? Thinking about jumping ship but the average AS salary there, according to Glassdoor, is ~67K. I’m making $72K right now as an SAE at my current agency
