Accenture Can someone guide will it be a good decision to join capgemini with 11 LPA all fixed as Consultant B2. Current CTC is 5.75LPA. YOE - 5.7yr. SAP ABAP. Can someone tell rough idea abt inhand at this compensation. How are policies inside capgemini to change tech stack as i really want to move out of SAP abap to some open source tech stack like java, python, javascript web dev etc. Or should i remain in infy and try to clear power programmer bridge. Plz guide.

Is it advisable joining Deloitte India (Not USI) for 3 lakhs less when compared to offers from IBM or EY or Accenture ?
Role offered is of a Senior Consultant in SAP Consulting. I have heard that the experience of DI projects compensates for the less salary offered in longer term and that its a better brand in SAP world. Deloitte Deloitte India
