What is the base salary for a Manager in S&T with an MBA at MorganFranklin?

Hi guys & gals!

I work for a consulting firm at 85k/year. Been with them for 2 yrs now. I know they bill 150/hr for my engagements. I work 40+ or 50+ hours a week; my clients are happy. I want to ask for a meeting to discuss a pay increase... 120K to be precise:

1. Please advise on how to approach this...
2. How should I phrase the reasons for my salary increase request.
3. Is the request amount fair/low?

$125k base, 15% bonus, $400/m student loan, planning to buy a cheap car, but no other debt. Is it reasonable to lease a 2b/2ba for $2100 with the intention of finding a roommate while floating the full payment instead of getting a 1b/1ba for $1700?

I understand salary doesn’t have much room for negotiations, but in lieu of negotiating base, how high is feasible for a signing bonus? Also, how far out can you push out a start date? Didn’t really expect to go from Recruiter screen to pending offer in less than 3 weeks, expected way longer. Appreciate any insight

Negotiating with 2 companies the same salary number say 100K,
what if both companies comes back and offer 100k,
should I negotiate further or accept an offer from one of them.. what would you do if you came to point like this ? Thanks in advance!

Got an offer that's about 20% more than my current total comp. Was hoping for 30% but is 20% good?

Should I nego for midpoint 25%? I was thinking ask for 30% but if we end up at 25% then cool .

And then I'd ask for additional PTO or should I ask for additional PTO as an alternate to the 25%?

What is a fair salary for a senior manager title, IC role, corporate strategy, mid-sized tech firm (500 ppl), MCOL city (Denver)? No stock. Just salary + 10% bonus. I have 10 years of work experience in total but not everything is relevant to the role.

Is it true that once you hit 10 million yen annual salary in Japan that you won’t get anymore base increase? I got an offer for 7-9 million at Rakuten Japan but not sure how the career progression timeline is. Right now I’m making 95k CAD which this offer doesn’t increase my salary. Is 7-9 million affordable to maintain my Toronto lifestyle in Tokyo? Is it worth to take this offer?

What’s the typical salary at RSM in a HCOL city for a D?

Recent undergrad that joined Strat & Ops of a major Asian (think Singapore, Shanghai) office. I turned down an offer from a F500 LDP program (~45k higher in total comp) to get in, as I really like consulting.

Turns out I'm not really bonding with my colleagues as I can't speak the local language fluently. I do enjoy the PMO work, but I'll be on this project for a year or so.

Should I stick it out? Or switch to a smaller, more international firm? Or go back to the F500 LDP?
