Typically, how much of a salary difference should an AD and CW creative team have between them? Should they be paid the same?
What should/could a team with 8 years of experience be making in the SF market? (day rate and salary) ? The AD has (5yrs as a designer + 3 yrs as an AD). The CW has mostly writing experience with a few years as a proofreader. They have only worked together for a year but 8 years total as individuals in the advertising space. No awards, mostly social background. Been working together 1 year.

I'm up for a pharma agency senior CW role in the Rx/HCP vertical. I have been freelancing for 11 years, so mostly contract rates between $50 and $80 p/h (lower end on W2, higher 1099). They want to know my 1099 rate and salary requirements if full-time employee. Would $75 hourly and $110K be within range? They are in Philadelphia. I have been working in the Chicago, San Fran, and NYC markets mostly.
Dubai salary: anyone aware of what salary to expect as a junior copywriter? Also, what's the next raise I should be asking for?

Number of new clients? - What's the work life balance like at Director level? - What's it like competing with other Directors within the team, all vying for the Partner track? Particularly as I'm not ex-big 4 or homegrown -

Question (probably most relevant for big four tax/audit folks). I was living in the UAE for 3 years (tax-free country). For US citizens exclusion amount is ~$105k I believe. My wages from Jan-June 2020 were earned in Dubai, I moved home at the end of June 2020. I also had a bonus that was due in March but payments were scattered over 4 months between Sep 2020-Dec 2020/Jan 2021. Does anyone know if I will be required to pay tax on the income earned between Jan-June 2020 and/or the bonus? Thanks!

I am a 4.5 year old experienced business analyst. I don't hold a MBA degree and am just a Btech graduate. I am not getting enough calls for interviews. Passed one interview for the Scrum master role in Accenture, but they didn't offer as per my expectation and hence I rejected it. (which I now regret) Is there any specific tools or any specific way that I should be preparing myself in order to bag interviews or offers?
