Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!
I had interviewed for an internship position at EY for technology consultant program for summer 2022 and got a call where they extended an offer. I wanted to know if I can defer the internship offer to fall 2022 or a later start date after summer.
I apologize as I cannot reply to a comment or DM on this platform to anyone, but thanks for your answers in advance.

Side note: I’ve never understand why LA salaries are lower than NY given the cost of living is essentially the same.
I don’t think the COL is the same... NY and SF are more comparable. LA is definitely cheaper, especially housing.
I’m an AD in LA at 80.
I had 115 when I was an AD.
His dads agency.
Mid range is like 65-85 depending on company size/tier, 90 starts veering into Sr. territory.
