I’ve found it very hard to order with my team and still be keto with the places we decide on. What are some common substitutions or adjustments y’all make when ordering?

I found the “bagel/ donut,” thread interesting. The amount of denial and skepticism toward all alt-health critiques was surprising. I really think alt-health vs SAD staples skepticism is to stay.
Keto rash - anyone else experience? I’m pretty upset about it. Dropped out of ketosis after a really clean 3 weeks where I was feeling great. Rash clearing but not sure what’s next

I’ve been tracking my GKI on weekends. Friday was 1.2 (low for me), yesterday 1.8, and today 2.3. How often do I need to be in the lowest zones for fat burning & cognitive improvements?
What’s the story on berries? Or any other fruits? I tried to look for fruits with high insoluble fiber and didn’t find any conclusive winners. Craving berries and thought how bad could they be?
