Anyone here from the UK eating Konjack rice and pasta? Where do you source it? I have found Eat Water brand via Holland and Barrett to be good, if pricey, but they do have regular half price sales. H&B own brand also not bad. Yumsu is the best, but although stocked by Home Bargains hard to get now. Bare Naked from Tesco - good, but shockingly expensive. Skinny Food Company - terrible colour and texture, reminds me of frog spawn.

I’ve hit a plateau on the keto diet (no weight loss in 3 months). So in addition to walking 5 miles a day (been doing this since month 2), on Sunday I started a Beachbody HIIT workout with weights (21 day fix real time). It’s 30 min workout daily and I’m two workouts in and I can barely move. Also, the muscle cramps are for real! Drinking about 80 ounces of water a day and I soaked in an Epsom salt bath last night, any other tips?
