If you’re hungry you need to up your fat content. I generally snack on some almonds, or a special K keto bar or a hard boiled egg
THIS. A solid two -three day. Hard boiled Egg and bone broth “ fast” is only way I can crush the in/out flexiblity insulin swings. Nothing destroys hunger like 2-3 hard boiled eggs at a sitting.
Have you tried Dukes Shorty sausages? I think they are 60 calories each.

Egg whites. So boring but it fulfilled your requirements. I do agree though, it sounds like you may actually need more fat.
Pork rinds, olives, puffed cheese etc, but if you get your carbs low enough you shouldn’t feel the need to snack at all :)
Maybe try adding a small amount of fat to your current snacking and see if it helps with hunger. Low-fat yogurt is another idea.
Seconding egg whites... I also recommend popcorn. If you microwave 1/4-1/2 cup of kernels in a paper sack then you can avoid the fake butter and chemicals.

I thought calorie deficit and keto were two totally different diets. Eating the fat required for keto I don’t think could put you in a calorie deficit. A diet where chomping on water based veggies all day can’t be bad so long as you aren’t binging at dinner.
Nuts and cheese are my go to snacks.
