How do you avoid binge eating? I’m addicted to chips and noodles and I get triggered by eating those foods and fail my Keto. Anyone have this cycle before that can help me break out of it?

You have to abstain completely from all addictive foods and all junk food. Once you go many years without eating it you will stop liking it and have no interest in it

Miracle noodle tastes great with a lot of Asian dishes

Quest Chips. Good Fish chips. Veggie spiral noodles or Shirataki noodles. Initially you may need some substitutes to break habits. I haven't had junk chips and noodles for years. I want my big piece pf steak, pretty much it, ha.

I went all in for a while and threw away all the carbs in my house with Keto replacements for my fave snacks, but mostly only real keto foods. I also deleted ubereats and prepped/froze a few of my fave tasty keto dishes for emergencies.
I stuck on that for like 3 months?? But now I’m back to my old carb centric ways!

Oh it has for sure alllll come back! But, I had some other reasons for stopping. I hope to get back to my good old ways soon :)

You need to get rid of those foods! If they are your spouses then put them in a box labeled “BAD”. It helps, you’ll thank me later!

I had IVF process to get pregnant. During pre- embryo transfer we were told that girl embryo is being transferred. Currently I am 18 week pregnant. I’ve been depressed for years now and this past week I lost a dog I’ve had for 15 years; he was one of the only bright spots in my life and I’ve just found it so hard to focus or motivate myself on anything after this. I genuinely feel like I’m at rock bottom, Idk if I’m crazy to feel that way bc of a dog but I used to be able to control this and put up a front but now my depression and anxiety are starting to leak into my work conversations completely unintentionally, I wish this would stop :(

So, recently got put on a PIP after six months at my new job., two days after I told my boss and HR I recently learned I have a cognitive disability caused by an illness. The PIP was mostly because I forgot some deadlines, but also they said I need to be more professional in emails (even though others use zero punctuation and a lot of emojis. To clients.) and simultaneously ask more questions and ask fewer questions. Should I just assume this is unattainable and look for a new job again?
