Can I bring a cardboard box in luggage as long as it’s under 50 lbs and l+w+h = 62in or does it have to be an actual suitcase.
I want to pack a couple of small appliances and they can’t fit into a suitcase but will fit in a box. Thanks.

I want to live abroad for 1+ years within the next 5 years. 25 and in a mid-level role in industry right now. Interested in Switzerland, Denmark or London. I’m no longer a part of a large firm, so I can’t plan on a rotation. Any recommendations for how to get there? Even domestic moves (I’m in NYC & wouldn’t mind the southwest)— people say move somewhere when applying to the local job market, but that means being out of the job for 2+ weeks. (I am not remote)

Anyone have the Southwest Rapid Rewards credit card? Do you like it, or find it to be useless?
(Most of my personal flights have been through Southwest, and only last year did I start traveling more, maybe 2-3 flights a year)

I currently have the Chase Southwest Rapid rewards CC $95 yearly fee. Debating switching to another card because I only fly 4-5 times a year. Any recommendations? I’ve been considering the capital one venture card

How would you compare a general cash-back card, (ex. BoA’s 3% cash back in travel), Chase CC, or a brand-specific card like Southwest CC?

I have 100k+ points on southwest airlines. I haven't flown SW in over 4 years and mostly use delta for domestic travel now.
What can I do with these points? I want to book an international trip but I know southwest doesn't have an alliance.

I don't understand why everyone doesn't do the southwest companion pass hack. Once you understand how to do it, it is very simple and gets you the companion pass for as close to 2 full years as you can get.

Can you all share what the average comp for S1 or S2 (S1 for FDD internal transfer) for FDD is currently for Big 4 in the Southwest US region. Feel free to throw out any base salaries and bonuses seen in the last two years and this year. Thanks.
