Previously was doing business strategy at a unicorn company in SEA, looking to get into Management consulting roles & really wanted to have someone review my resume as English isn't my first language.

Job Offer One: $83,000 Operations Manager in San Diego, CA for Respite Company. It was easy to do a Market Research Analysis on this position. Recruiter offered $75,000 and I negotiated it up to $83,000. Great commute 12 minutes from my house. Minimum benefits 10 days PTO and 5 days sick. All my healthcare benefits come from my husband who works for the state of California.

Job Offer Two: $84,000 per recruiter on the phone base salary. Position is a brand new (more in the comments section).

Is this a good salary for this role and are there any career opportunities to branch into as far as leadership positions for the future? When I joined TCS, thought to stay here till I retire. Got 2 A bands, cleared DCA, but the project I used to do was that of a BA on excel sheets. Now joining Lexmark (prod based) with 40% hike.

But still I have mixed feelings, since it's my first switch.

Hi - I worked at a MSP for 6 years as an sales consultant/account executive and moved companies 2 years ago, BUT I’d really like to move back into the MSP/Cyber Security/SaaS space. Id love some input on fully remote positions or if anyone has recommendations!

House hold income 300k base plus 40k bonuses. My question is am I risking too much here, given the market conditions ? What is the 2023-2024 mortgage rate forecasts ? Will the housing market tank more than 20% in DFW ?
