Bought a lot of ETH when it was higher and suffering now. Plan is to HODL, but should I be buying more ETH now to lower my breakeven / DCA or just sit on what I have ?

it’s all savings/investing cash so ‘affordable’ in that sense, but I’ve already got more in crypto than I initially wanted. Really I want to know if lowering the overall cost by DCA investing another 25% of current holding is a good idea or just let sleeping dogs lie? I suppose the assumption being that the price does go back up.

I’m on this United flight which is sitting duck at EWR because of the rains. The flight attendant tells me I can’t use my laptop while we are just sitting on the runway with no signs of movement and the captain already said they will announce when they hear more .

What should a commercial claims account manager be making as a salary ? Handles asbestos claims only. Works for a TPA handling claims for 4 carriers. Law degree with many years trial experience as in house ID but for personal lines. This is first job handling commercial claims

Why have the waterfront areas not been developed for public recreation in the Silicon Valley/ South Bay area like it has been in San Francisco or New York? Seems like a big missed opportunity!?

Condo 1: 750 sq ft. 1 bed plus den, 2020 build. Small kitchen/living room area (25x15 or so). Mid/high end finishes. $770k. Condo 2: 850 sq ft. Loft-style 1 bed (top of bedroom wall is open), huge kitchen and living room (10 ft island). 2002 build. $799k. Condo 2 has more amenities. They’re a block away from each other. Is it stupid to pick condo 1 over condo 2? I like the idea of an actual bedroom and a den. And I like that it’s newer. But the price per sq ft is so much worse.

Great restaurants, boutiques, and not necessarily touristy things to do in San Francisco.

I’m on contract to buy a new built home next year for about ~$500k but it’s far north of DFW. Recently I’m getting worried that it would be better for me to buy an older home but closer to the DFW for the same price. Disregarding rates for now. Commute to work is something I’m iffy about too.
Question is: New built home/longer commute vs older home/shorter commute and proximity to some locations.
