My LWD is on Oct3rd.DCA qualified. I only work in excel sheets here and 50% sal dependent on band. So, I resigned. I have an offer of 12 from Accenture. My CCTC is 8.5lpa. manager saying that they will change the clause, from incentive to fixed component. But won't give any hike. And since I have 2 A-bands, I will be promoted in Jan cycle to ITA, so another 20% hike
So he told me to let him know about my decision.

Should I stay or leave?

Alright, fishies, let’s try this again. Name drop boutique firms that have offices in San Francisco Bay Area. Big 4 is not my future (as many many MANY of you have repeatedly said I’m not good enough for). So, I’m taking the hint and crossing MBB and Big 4 off my list but still hoping a smaller firm will consider me.

Help: I have an offer for a boutique firm in FDD for $115k base, guaranteed bonus $25k with potentially more bonus, deadline is TODAY. I told EY I was thinking of leaving and they came back today that I can stay at EY and join the TD group as a Senior. Won’t have comp details for EY offer until Monday. Would you stay at EY or go to the boutique firm? Will EY’s comp come even close to that? (EY East Region - PHL)

Newbie investor asked me a question, they have $5k to invest and were wondering if they should put it in an index fund (S&P500 - which is what I’d normally recommend plus DCA thereafter) or if they should buy AMZN given that it is well off of its highs, is a solid company and would, in 12-18 months, likely grow faster than the S&P, as interest rates normalize over that time period, etc. That got me thinking… so I’m asking all of you, what would you do/recommend?

I have a large list of names and locations that I need to creat drop down lists for. I need the drop downs to be dependent on another since there are duplicate names. E.g. when I select John Doe, I want the second drop-down to only show San Fransico (John from San Fran) and New York (John from New York). I don’t want the other 500 cities to pop up in that drop down. Vice versa if I select location first, I only want the people in that location to show in the people drop down. Is this possible???
