My sister just moved to Dallas and is looking for work. She's a blue collar worker and has previous experience in meat processing plants and house cleaning. Besides Indeed, what other websites can she use to find a job? Any DFW local job postings? TIA Any leads are appreciated.

I have an impromptu review tomorrow and am hoping to negotiate a higher salary as my role has been expanded since hired, and we have lost a designer with no intention of hiring anyone to fill the position. Hoping to get some comparable salaries to see where I stand and what to ask for.

I’ll start - I’m an advisor in Wealth Management with TC of $70k, 3 YOE and no side hustle. Among other things, rent just jumped from $2500 to $3700 for 2 bedroom and areas were looking at. I’d like to “make it” here but if it means switching career to make money I’d like to get an idea to make the right job change.

I have a third round interview this Thursday, but after I sent my availability, I booked a flight for work that is causing a problem. The interview ended up scheduled for 3:30-4:15, and I'm supposed to be on a 5pm flight out of LGA. Is there a reliably quiet place at LGA to do the interview (I don't have lounge access)? Would it be a bad idea to say my availability changed and I can't do that time slot anymore? Or should I cancel / rebook my flight to later at night?
