Looking for an all-inclusive resort with swimmable warm beaches, ideally 6 hours or less from San Francisco by plane. Would like to keep it around $500/night but open to splurging more for perks like private pool, spa services, etc. Adults only or at least not “family friendly” (trip will be for me and husband). Why don’t consulting firms go fully remote? If you have a good culture, people will naturally come in (from what I have observed at my firm).
