Has anyone tried to enforce a European non-compete/non-solicit (both foreign choice of law and venue) in the US? 24 yo looking for advice! Within the next few years I’d like to exit to industry but also live in Korea for ~1 year. Playing around with two options:

1. Quit job, study abroad, then find an industry job

2. Secure job at an international company, quit my job, try to transfer to korea office
