Hi! I’m new to the tech industry in San Francisco. I manage a team of 5 people in recruitment. One of my hiring managers is slow to respond and causes confusion around what her team needs. I’ve recently learned she’s been blaming me for being her bottleneck behind the scenes and telling people my team and I aren’t delivering for her. I’ve tried to have a meeting with her and she avoids me like the plague. Im at a point where I need to cya. Any tips on working on solution?

Is my manager forcing me out?

In our 121 last we had a good discussion on creating a personal development plan, with the idea being I’d write down clear goals & action points to get from my current level to the next, and I’d provide weekly evidence of it. I prepped the doc accordingly, but instead of wanting to discuss it, he said I have 4 weeks to “turn things around” - without giving any new info on what I’ve done wrong - esp given I wrote my goals based on this same feedback from last week??

I have been continuously harassed, ridiculed and spoken down to by a coworker who’s now even “threatened” to get me fired etc. We do not have an HR department and the only manager I can go to is also mistreated and not taken seriously. Per SHRM, I was just curious if any HR Professionals completely removed the following fields: social security number, recommend salary, graduation dates, military discharge info, race, maiden name like (Ms. Mrs. Ms), & criminal history questions.
