Do you guys also feels the same....now a days tcs is also paying good which was never expected from them..

Do I have a shot at B4 entry roles in FDD out of school with only a MM FDD internship as relevant experience? I also have an audit internship and part-time data analytics as work experience, just seeing if applying to B4 FDD is worth being hopeful for.

Need advise - I've been in consulting focussing on tech/digital transformation for 7 years in the UK with Big 4 and boutique experience. I've received offers from two organisations with similar comp.

1) Mid-tier consultancy with an amazing culture

2) Tech Accelerator (boutique org with a larger backing)

I'm torn between the two. It boils down to culture + brand vs innovating + interesting work.

I’ve been applying since May/June for jobs and I am struggling to get an interview with MBB and B4, yet alone an offer. I was hoping to lateral my consulting experience into MBB/B4 to gain experience in finance. I haven’t been denied by most but haven’t gotten an invite to interview.

In my experience PwC had really high standards academically so very smart peers, way better technical training and great tech but the scope of what I learned about was more narrow. Middle market has worse tech, and minimal technical training, but the hands on work I’ve become gotten way more big picture knowledge of the clients we serve.Also the Partners actually know who I am and talk to me. How has it been for you?

How hard is it to move into management consulting laterally once you are in B4/T2. I am trying to gauge whether I absolutely need an MBA to make the move or if I can get into the supply chain division first and then network my way through.
5 YOE of supply chain strategy experience.
2.5 years at a boutique company and 2.5 years in the industry (CPG).

Started as a B4 FDD campus hire recently, looked up my cohort and definitely have imposter syndrome. Basically 10 others with masters and I have a bachelors’. Best tips you can give to stay above water? Planning on networking hard, shadowing/taking minutes, and hitting the excel/ppt lessons hard for the next few months.
