I Currently work for an MNC in Kerala, I've 4.4 years of experience in software development. Currently leading a team of 6 developers. Recently I got an offer from Rakuten India, Bengaluru location. As Senior Software Engineer 1, Rakuten offered 13.5L as CTC + 1.4L as joining bonus. My current CTC is 7.2LPA. As per my research on the salary for this role at Rakuten, the offered one is low. 48days of notice period is left What i can expect from Rakuten India for this role?,How can i negotiate?

I had my interview with Infosys for .net full stack developer.
It went well and i am hoping for a positive response.
Want to know how much should I expect Or at what pkg should I negotiate with them.
I am thinking of proposing 13-15 LPA negotiable.
4 YOE and 7 LPA currently

Maybe your group is just slow in general. All depends on how your peers are doing.
I am at 45% utilization since AUGUST. I ask for form almost every day. If they try to fire you, ask why they haven't given you work when you ask. They tell me the same thing: "enjoy it while it lasts".... but it scares me, too!
@PWC4 how do you know your rank is at the bottom comparing with starting class? From snapshot?
@PwC7 I'm doing core assurance. Thank you for your advice. I was asking the seniors that i worked with, my resource manager, and my coach. They all said its not abnormal and ask me to relax, etc. but I will try to talk with a manager I trust soon.
@Deloitte1 yep I understand that. I just hope that I have enough opportunities to show my performance and learn the best as I can. I feel for first year the team we got pick up on are mostly random but I could be totally wrong. I will make sure to work hard and well on the clients I am booked on

Are you a first year? You don't need to worry till you get to be 2/3 yrs in
I'm worried too. I'm at 66% YTD and near the bottom of the ranks for my start class. I'm the only Associate in my group so I can't judge off that.

First yrs dont have to worry.
Rank in terms of utilization. IFS sends out an email every Friday with everyone's utilization. In terms of review rank, I have no idea.

50% is low for having been at the firm for so long (I was thinking maybe you started December). But as long as you have a paper trail of all the people and times you asked for work, it should be ok.

I would not worry as a first year as long as people know you're trying. If you're the only first year in your group you will be fine.
