How to get released from the tcs project?
in the past i have seen My project manager has not given them a release, in the end they have to resign.
I am in a product support project, i want to switch to another domain.
I am preparing for that but here also i work honestly. I got A band in the last 2 years, my lead is on notice period now they are making me lead ,i dont want that ( extra responsibilities with no extra money) but currently I am the only option for them.

I am getting married in Decemeber and am on H1B. I wanted to work from India for a couple if weeks to reach my utilization target since its my promo year. Are we allowed to do that? If yes, what is the process? Otherwise i will have to take pto for a month.

Do we observe a holiday on 1st November?

Over the last few months my job work load has increased to helping more teams and I have been brought on to be a major voice on a product transition (I am one of three non managers helping make the decision and have more responsibility on the project then half the managers. The company is global (30+ teams)) and I can see that it will increase over the next months. The company I work for is known for not promoting internally easy. Anyone have any advice on how to make the transition easier?

Where Cognizant offering more package almost 1.5 Lpa mor, but heard lot of negative review on social media like they don't have good project, no job security, they will make you to work on other tech etc . All they say is it is stuck at client side and we'll update you. But its been more than a month. What should do in this case? Should i speak with HR or my department SPOC? Please suggest.
