Just rolled off my two busy season clients. We filed and everything went well. Should I be worried that I am unassigned (week1) past already and my utilization rates around 65 percent.

I am getting married in Decemeber and am on H1B. I wanted to work from India for a couple if weeks to reach my utilization target since its my promo year. Are we allowed to do that? If yes, what is the process? Otherwise i will have to take pto for a month.

Any utilization review nurses working at an insurance company able to share if your company requires work on weekend/holidays? If so, what work do you do on weekend/holidays snd do you work s full day on those days?
