Will ey gds raise Canada work visa.

Rising third year associate. I work with two different paralegals depending on who the partner on the matter prefers. I want to give them both a gift but don’t know what’s appropriate. I am budget conscious since I have a large family to buy gifts for so don’t want to go crazy. However, I do want to show appreciation through a visa gift card (cash is king right?)

Which bank savings has best rates among the big trusted names? (GS, Amex etc). Also any advantage of a reference on rate % that anyone might be willing to refer?

I have received an offer from Bloomberg London. They will be providing visa sponsorship to me. I have another discussion ongoing with Goldman London but the process will take time and Bloomberg folks will not wait for that long.

Say if I accept the Bloomberg offer and visa process starts, would it be possible to back out in the middle as if I choose Goldman it will require a completely new visa application.

All- I have a question on h4/ h4 ead extension. Initially my h1 was valid till 2024 Aug. so , my wife h4/ead is valid till the same date . Got a new job later and the new h1 is now valid till 2025 June. But I haven’t applied for my wife h4/ead . Hence they remain the same dates as before .
Is it possible to extend her visa / ead now or should I wait till 6 months of expiry?

Is amex plat mostly a sock drawer card if you travel 2-4 times a year? The benefits are good and more than pay back the annual fee (uber, streaming, equinox digital also, etc)

Would like to get max earnings on the occasional hotel/flight expense. 5x earnings is attractive. But the Venture X & CSP offer better earnings, though other benefits differ.

2 of my friends recently moved to the US from India on an H1B visa. Both of their spouses are on H4 visa and working a remote job and being paid in India.

I graduated 2 months ago with a BA in Digital Communications with a minor in technical writing, and have been successfully employed for 3 years already doing CSR/Inside sales/ product marketing for different startups.

However, I’m extremely sad. I had to scrape and work 2 jobs to pay for college and my degree so chose something “easy” that way I wouldn’t be overwhelmed. Now looking back I wish I did Biology or Chemistry or Medical. Any way to get into a masters in science with this path?

My spouse is currently on H4 visa which is due to expire in 7 months.

I was planning to ask my employer if they can start filing for H4 visa renewal. However, she is also eligible to file for EB2 NIW visa as she has worked as a research analyst in a non profit organization earlier during her 6 year H1B visa.

Could you please advise if both EB2-NIW filing can be applied when H4 visa renewal is already being processed or vice versa?

Not satisfied with UK salary. Would it be a wise move to go to UK considering I do not plan to settle permanently and savings won't be much to compared to India wfh. Planning to get married in the next year. Please help me in making a decision.

Can I add a new membership to my existing account? I have a PP account with the lower 2-visit membership benefit (from my corp Amex), but I've recently got a capital one credit card that lets me get a full PP membership.
