What resources (online prep, books, case books, peers, mental math, etc) did you use when getting ready for case interviews? I’ve seen several online — Management Consulted, Hacking the Case Interview, MConsultingPrep, etc — and would appreciate any insights on what was helpful!

I wanted to know if there's room for negotiation, considering I have another offer and also considering the cost of living and student loans. Mid-level associate at a mid-size regional insurance defense firm practicing coverage litigation. Salary is capped b/c my firm only does I.D./coverage and has no direct-hire comm clients. Second round of interviews with a comm lit boutique where I would be the only associate with 5 partners. Other than partner track, salary/benefits, and switching from coverage to general comm lit, what qualities of the move should I be thinking about as I weigh my options? I've never worked at another firm.

I’ve been promoted with a title but not the responsibilities. I’m job searching and am primarily looking at postings that don’t include my promoted title — I’m not sure how to professionally articulate in an interview why I would be willing to take a “step down”. Yesterday I attended MS hackerrank test and was able to solve some Java based MCQ and one sql query correctly but not able to execute a code with any passed test case so should I expect a call from a recruiter for an interview?

In my offer i see this line " We may require you to travel to other locations including in India and internationally." ,however in my earlier post I came to know that there are no travel opportunities in Telstra .Does it mean in the future I can negotiate with my manager for the travel?

Hi all, I’m looking to learn about how one can transition from PwC AC to PwC India.
I joined PwC AC Bangalore as a fresher and have been working here for 13 months.
I was randomly assigned to SAP, but I’ve realised I really want to move away from this and move towards what I originally planned on pursuing i.e. data analysis, I was already well versed in ML and DL with python.
If anyone has made a similar transition, it would be great if you could help me understand how do I go about this.

I have received my first offer letter which they wanted me to accept by e- signing it and after i did that theh have sent out form 11 and other documents to be filled in 2 days.
I have never filled form 11 and other personal details untill 1 week before my joining date.

My joining date would be after my notice period which is usually 2 months.
Should I share the person details and form 11 they asked for now itself?
Will it be a problem if i don't wish to join the company later

I have an offer to do some consulting for a company based out of the UK (I am in the US). The job would not go through a consulting company but would be directly with the company. I have not done any consulting before so I am not sure how it works, what I would need to set up (they mentioned that I would start a LLC and bill them directly, no idea how to do that), how to determine the tax implications of this, or what hourly rate I would expect. Can anyone offer advice?
