I had interviews with EY recruiter reached out for desired salary, I informed $170k as base, yesterday he reached out to provide an update that it would $160k and 10% bonus and it’s pending for approval from partner and it might take a week or two , when should I start negotiating the salary? Should I wait offer letter or should I start right away?
