Been asked to present my current client’s plan and PCA in second interview for a role. Am I being over cautious by not feeling comfortable with this?

Just got turned down for a job I really wanted. No interview. I even had a referral, but they didn't even look at my book! Feeling empty and worthless right now. Cold applied for an awesome role, had an interview with hiring manager, recruiter, and given a pretty hefty assignment that I’m really proud of nailing. They followed up with an email asking for 4-5 days that I am available for a full day of interviews. Gave them 4-5 days, started planning for how I’d get those days off work during insane times at current job, and now not a single word from them to confirm a date. Been over a week now. Sad. I have 2nd round (final?) with EY for Product Manager position. I am being told that’s it’s the same as first round but at different level (first was with Manager, this is with Senior Manager). I’m doing my first UX portfolio on Wix. I have the case studies content drafted out, but I’m struggling with brainstorming wireframes/actual UI for my case studies. I make it a rule to look for dribbble/behance for inspo but only sketch when im not looking at things because I don’t want to copy directly.

I’ve tried using paper/thin markers highlighters, tried using procreate, and also illustrator/photoshop & a tablet. I keep running into issues where I feel overwhelmed. How do I simplify this?
