1.Brainwave Technology: Pune based consulting company offering 11 LPA with Role as Technical Lead
2.Simbus Technologies:Bglr based Consulting company offering Architect role , 11.6 LPA
3.Tata Tech Pune: Role is Infrastructure Consultant 11.5LPA

All give Fixed Salary, while Simbus is providing Permanent WFH facility..
Could anyone pls guide me in taking a decision on which one to finalise?

I got an offer from Globant for Sr. Business Analyst role and the offer is 18 fixed (no variable in CTC) FOR pune location.
I also have Wipro's offer of 16.5 ctc (10% variable) fpr Sr. Consultant B3 location will be for few months at Bangalore after pandemic and then from Pune.
Please help me with the Globant's feedback. Should I give preference to Wipro if they do not increase the Ctc on showing Globant's offer and how is Globant in terms of job security, wlb,etc.

Need help evaluating an offer. Currently at BCG a few months away from promotion to Consultant (post-MBA role, but I don’t have an MBA). Comp at BCG would be $200-$225k ish. Have a tech offer that’s remote in strategy. Really love the company and the team, but all in comp including equity is $170k, so would be a pretty big hit. Would love everyone’s thoughts on this kind of offer in general for someone in my position and how to think through remote as a benefit.

Was reached out to by LEK and interviewed and landed offer for Consultant role. Current Experienced Associate at Strategy& and have been here for about a year now doing a lot of fit for growth or basic strategy projects. Is this worth taking? I am more interested in finance and seems like LEK does more CDD work than S&. Thoughts?
