Was reached out to by LEK and interviewed and landed offer for Consultant role. Current Experienced Associate at Strategy& and have been here for about a year now doing a lot of fit for growth or basic strategy projects. Is this worth taking? I am more interested in finance and seems like LEK does more CDD work than S&. Thoughts?

I was told I will get HR call.Then on 11th sept i got onboarding email to submit documents and the next day all the documents got verified but since then I didn't get any update and it has been more than two weeks.Ibegin portal shows evaluation in progress. What do you guys think about this? I would be able to predict based on your firm(mbb, big4), your experience, which role you are likely to move (Faang pm, strategy manager, move to mbb). I have a final round at another firm on Monday (fastest they can do) that I would prefer, both because of the work and the pay. I had a behavioral interview with a manager from another team and a case study with the hiring manager. They both took notes as I gave my answers but the first manager was very disinterested from the get go and was distracted as he kept looking away from the screen.

I’m wondering how much influence the first manager has since I’m not sure what he’s writing
