Is a defense specialist role at McK worth leaving Deloitte (Senior Consultant) for or are specialists second class citizens?

I recently got hired as a gps data scientist. Does anyone know the org structure for this role? It’s not the typical C,SC,M,SM org, right?

Hi guys, I already negotiated once, should I try again?
-D offered C position 115k, 5k bonus (I applied for SC, 4 yoe, commercial)
-Asked for SC/higher salary -> No to both.
-Accepted the offer anyway (informally over email), must sign by next week.
-Just got another offer from a diff. firm today (after informally accepting D's offer). Should I negotiate again now that I have a counter offer?
I’m 90% sure I’ll join D even if the details don't change, but I feel undervalued going in as C. Thx!

Based on networking/stalking people on LinkedIn, most managers stayed in my role for 1-2 years and then got promoted to mangers. I had almost 4 years of experience at EY, so I would want to be promoted within a year or so. I’m a high performer, but I’m still learning and building relationships. When/how to bring it up to my manger for promotion goal, so I don’t come off too aggressive?

What is the optimal level (BA,C,SC,M,SM) in consulting to exit to industry for highest compensation/opportunities if you dont plan on pursuing PPMD?

SC here, currently staffed at FAANG as a PM, received an email from the same business line recruiter for an open position. Not sure how he found me and how I should approach.
I want to move forward with interview process but how may this impact my relation with my team on both sides as a D employee and a FAANG contractor?
