Has anyone ever been at an agency that went through really rough times (layoffs, lots of clients leaving, no new business) ?

So I was laid off in January after 6 months, finally got a new job in April, and now my boss just quit (no replacement because budget cuts) and the place is a shitshow as far as systems/analytics go..
