My wife just moved in with me in Delhi and she has been working with a product based company in Hyderabad, while we were fine with her working in this organisation, now they have decided to call back all the staff to HYD and we want to settle here.
Can someone please help us refer her to the below job profile in Delhi/NCR/remote jobs:

I have a regular 9-6 job and do some freelancing as a side hustle. I’m done with my job! As the only bilingual graphic designer in a non profit, I feel like they’re squeezing everything they can out of me without compensation. I was so close to just walking out yesterday. What’s a reasonable percent to negotiate a salary, from the employer’s initial offer? Leaving government work where X job makes Y salary and there’s no changing it aside from time or promotion. Taking the (less stressful, better hours, no travel, WFH) job on the table currently means a 20% effective pay cut, which is doable but not preferable.

Got offered a job with a company whose HQ is in NC. Throughout the interview process, the recruiter & hiring mgr both told me the role was remote but asked me for my interest in moving to NC. I responded that I was open to it but not anytime soon. I got the verbal offer Friday & recruiter again asked for my interest & I told her my answer was same as before. I started my career as an org social coordinator. 2 years later I’m now a generalist (Work in progress) - but I manage Google ads, org social, blog, seo, PR & affiliate programs.

I learned all of the above within 6 months and now own all those channels as an associate… not a manager (and won’t be one until we hire someone for me to manage as per my boss).
