Need comp advice- strange scenario. I just started part time recruiting at an asset management co in NY. I work remote in NJ. Interviewed with a remote-first company and was repeatedly asked if I'd be open to relocation (yes) even though they said no one really uses their offices. One person mentioned they prefer new folks to move to be closer to offices/sites. The salary range is fine for where i currently live and would work remote, but way lower than I'd expect if I moved somewhere with MUCH higher cost of living.
