Any suggestions on which company should I join ? I've 2+ years of experience.

I used to have a fitbit. Really liked a lot of its features. Like the reminder to move and the competition within the app (games and competitionvs friends). However, whenever I was at work I'd find myself taking it off for more comfortable typing and then forgetting it during the day. Now that I'm back at work I'm sitting more and need to move. Please help! I’m a CRC who manages Investigator- led clinical research projects and I want to transition to a PM role in industry (I would slightly prefer not a PM role in clinical trials since I don’t have clinical trial experience.) I’ve applied to PM roles at many biotech companies (e.g. Charles River, ICON, Paraxel) but only got 1 interview which didn’t work out. Which companies should I look to for an entry level PM role? I saw some sales managers discussing hiring strategies, especially for entry level roles (e.g. SDR, BDR).

One strategy that came up was having the applicant do 90 minutes of cold calling into real prospects with the hiring manager coaching.
