I’m currently working with a senior level HR candidate. This individual has a doctorate in business with a focus in HR, her SPHR, Federal, and private sector experience at the singer level, and has a fabulous personality. What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. Young professional with 3 years of retail banking experience, 1 year of claims experience, and now roughly 6 months into insurance sales. So Becker was supposed to charge me $600 to update for unlimited access since my account was due to expire in March. I called them in December to make payment. Now 8months later...they reach out to me saying they only charged $35. I just checked my bank statement and they are right but i don't have $600 sitting around...What do i do? Thoughts?

Really struggling with a few students in my kindergarten class this year and looking for suggestions. I've been teaching K for 10 of the 16 years I've been a teacher, and have never felt as disrespected by students as I do this year. Several students continually talk, yell, and laugh over me, or make noises when I am talking. They are sent away from the group to reset and make a better choice, but usually continue when they return. Parent contact has been supportive, but hasn't helped.

I've been following Coforge LinkedIn page, and I have decent offer from them. In one call HR said we will be moving towards 5 days work from Office, to which I said I don't mind. Now that aside, their LinkedIn posts everyone at VP SVP levels are joining.. seems like they are growing very fast, as hiring at such high Positions happens only that time.
