I can't help but feel that my current 'Digital Managing Partner' job title is a little too niche when it comes to LinkedIn job/resume keyword relevance, particularly outside of a media agency environment. However, a 'Digital Director' title feels too junior and 'Managing Director' maybe a little more senior. Any logical suggestions please? Thanks

Hi everyone! I am working with my HR to improve our maternity/paternity leave policy. Currently I only get 2 weeks fully paid and then an additional 8-12 weeks at 60% pay (short term disability). Is it normal for a smaller firm (less than 100 attys) to expect biglaw level hours without the pay? Current first year who has been at my first job since September, making $85k. My firm’s billable requirements aren’t super high at 1900, but the partner I work for has told me that she’d like me to bill 2200.I know there’d tons of ppl in BL billing close to 3k but I feel like this is way too much for my current pay. My salary is the same as other associates who are expected to just bill 1900

I am also a Housing Case Manager at a small for profit company based in Eastern Washington but I am a Seattle Case Manager I make $23/hr.
