I made it to regional manager for a franchise by age 22. Ran a successful financial practice & sold by the age of 33. Took 2 years off and built a health & wellness coaching platform for my wife (medical provider). Then, the last 2.5 yrs, have been a top producer in Saas sales as a senior account executive. I’ve been told I would make a great COO someday and I’m ready to take the next step into leadership. Who/what should I be targeting next?

According to an article in LinkedIn new job postings are down for the first time in 9 months but still there over 10 million open jobs with only 5.9 million unemployed workers. Why is it that here I am unemployed over 4 months and still not one offer. Anyone got some positive vibes to send my way it would be appreciated! I’ve been in sales for over 20 years, b2c, b2b and account management as well as sales management. I’ve got great skills and enthusiasm to give to a great employer!

Has anyone ever worked at an agency in which the project management department was properly utilized? I traditionally was brought up in my career where PM type tasks were handled by lower level AMs. I have observed separating AM and PM tasks into two separate departments just causes communication issues and lazy account people. Account people should have a good understanding of how much effort and time goes into a project. Project Managers are missing a lot of context so blind leading blind.

I’m currently working with a senior level HR candidate. This individual has a doctorate in business with a focus in HR, her SPHR, Federal, and private sector experience at the singer level, and has a fabulous personality. I’m curious is anyone else having difficulties play some candidates like this? At this point I’m starting to think it’s racial or her sex based of the lack of interest in this candidate. Can you please let me know if TCS can revise the offer that they gave me
They gave me of 9.5 CTC and for Wolters I haven’t had a discussion but I hve asked them for 12Fixes and the location is Pune
Can i get some help what I need to do in order for tcs to revise the offer or should I go for Kluwer
In TCS I’ll be more on implementation side in Pingfed but in Kluwer it is full support
