Hello, which is more beneficial Master’s in Human Resources or PHR Certification?

What’s the better offer? I’m currently an associate at Mercer in Seattle making 115k salary, but considering an offer in NYC at PWC at 140k salary. Also been at current company for only 9 months. Is it worth it to make that transition so early?

Now I got married and moved to UK , plus we have got a baby in 2019 so now I am looking for a job in UK having 3 years of career break. Although, I am getting CIPD lvl 7 diploma this year. I am not ready for team leader's role now . So my question is about HR area, where could I find a job with my only Russian experience? HR generalist, C&B analyst, HR BP, recruiter?

Would love some insight on how you went from an HR assistant/coordinator to an HR Generalist. I’ve been in the HR world for 8 years, and only in the last 2-3 have I really done real HR work. The first company I was at didn’t have a solid HR team so I don’t really count that. I feel like I’m ready to take on more responsibility and learn more. And of course make more money.

I have looked into getting SHRM certification. But should I go back to school and get my masters in Hr?

I’m looking for some advice and/or to vent a little. I’ve been looking for a sales job specifically to pivot into tech sales and I’m getting rejected non stop and it’s really starting to weigh on me and ruin my confidence.

The positives are, I’m actually getting interviews- about 5 so far, I get to the later/last rounds but can’t seem to close the deal. I’ve tried learning from each experience, and taking that as growth for the next interview but it hasn’t worked.

Im looking to buy a home, program is zero down (no PMI). I make 150k base salary; take home 8k mon. Im looking to buy a house under 350k in my area. Im looking at a payment of about 3k including prop. taxes in a newly gentrifying area. My plan is to house-hack and in a year move out. Is this monthly payment too high?
