Then I was suddenly asked to do a second interview. After doing well, they rejected me because of my accent. It felt discriminatory and insulting, especially from a brand that claims to value diversity. I was hurt and disappointed to be judged that way

I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us.
