Coaching leader on factors influencing KPIs.
I had a chat with my business partner, and he’s said the team is complaining about the KPIs that are too far of a stretch.
I then suggested him to unpack that a bit more. When one is not hitting their KPIs, there could be many factors.
My initial view is that it could be true but we also have to look at CAPABILITY, TECHNOLOGY, WAYS OF WORKING etc before assuming our KPI is not set up right.
What is your approach in this scenario?

As an Asian American female (28 years old), I make significantly more than my Asian American bf (29 years old), and this is a constant topic in my family and aunts and uncles with really hurtful jabs about how he’s poor and the guy should make more than the girl and how it’s so embarrassing. Looking to get into SaaS. I am currently in the workspace solutions industry. While I have sold some tech in the past, most of my background is in CPG manufacturing and distribution. My average income the past three years is about 130k. I’d preferably like to break in at a mid-market level as my current role is on the enterprise level. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
