Best consulting firms for defense companies? What credentials do they look for?

I am so mentally checked out from Deloitte, mainly due to the combination of the low pay & demanding MD/Client. Have a few interviews ongoing but no offer yet. I am concerned that this anxiety will take a toll at me. I will have to put my poker face next week and pretend I am super excited about the work again next week, sometimes I want to cry out lout but I know I can only fight to get a better life.

For those who have left PwC recently - how long did it take to receive information in the mail regarding your 401(k) and details on how to transfer? I’m starting in advisory at another Big 4 next week and am unsure on how I will report this in the onboarding process for independence related docs.

Does anyone have the 2020 SHRM books for sale or to borrow? My job won’t contribute towards my certification. I’ve already paid for my test. I have the books from 2015 but I’d like to study from the 2020. I tried finding them online to purchase but sellers of affordable books aren’t responding.
