Is your organization planning to require employees be vaccinated? I understand why management wants this but concerned about losing good employees because they don’t believe in vaccination or are wanting to wait until more people have been vaccinated to see if there are issues with it. I’m also concerned with moral if we require this. Employees may get it to keep there job but hold on to some bitterness or develop anxiety over it. Am I being too soft or over analyzing?
I’m looking for a screening tool that will assess a candidate’s proficiency with MS-Teams. Would anyone know if there is such a thing that exists?
AEs: What do you appreciate about your core SE? What would you change about how you work together?
I started interviewing with a company back in January but they were taking while to make a decision so I put them out of my mind. Fast forward to last week and I found out that I’m newly pregnant. Now, I was offered the job. I don’t know what to do! I hate my current job and this new company seems like a better fit. Do I tell them before I accept the role? I know it’s very early and anything could happen with this pregnancy but I’m torn. Advice would be so helpful!
Does anyone have a dashboard or excel template for turnover/attrition where data can be easily “dumped” in for a beautiful display? TIA!
Anyone here a member of Revenue Collective? Is it worth it? What kind of value have you gotten out of it if so? Thanks!
I graduated with my bachelor's in HRM and I'm wondering if there are any certifications or trainings I could do before I lock down on the SHRM-CP. I recently became HIPAA certified for my company and that got me thinking about what else I could do to add to my resume. Looking for good stepping stone certificates.
I’m looking for some examples of an employee recognition program. Does anyone have something they are willing to share? We are starting from scratch.
Looking for feedback on Paylocity and UKG payroll HRIS. We have 250 employees and rapidly growing company.
Is it worth it to get a professional certification like SHRM/PHR? Not many of my colleagues have one and it’s not a requirement for my role, but I’m curious if it’s worth it in the long run
Software Sales vs. Medical Sales: would like to hear from people on both sides. • Do you recommend your industry? • Daily Interaction • Work/Life • Income growth potential I have good opportunities in both industries, and would value feedback to help me choose. Aware of compagauge & have checked it out, btw. $120k potential for med sales job, unsure on tech yet.
How long, on average, did it take you to study before you could pass the PHR/SPHR exam? Did you think it was worth it?
Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. I was hoping to get some thoughts on this from others? Thanks
I would like to help those wanting to shift careers in HR, minorities, or women going back to the workforce, learn workday coding and ultimately help them get a job in the space. Is there any interest?
Does anyone have any creative ideas on what my company can do for May Mental Health month?
In your experience, which companies have provided the strongest enterprise sales training and methodology?
I was working in Excel with a client and they asked me how I inserted a comment using a shortcut. I couldn’t immediately explain because I just did it unconsciously. I spend too much time in excel.
What are the hours like at B4? Is it basically the same as MBB? Anyone have experienced both or know from friends?
Any insights applying at USAA for an internal audit position? Posting says you need 8 years of experience and current experience : 7 years. Would appreciate any input
Anyone use new hire “swag” vendors given Covid. Or what ways are people sending gear out virtually? I’m interested in what companies are doing in terms of new hire on boarding with company swag to make them feel like they walked into their first day at the office?
Trying to break into consulting and I think networking and building relationships is the best way to do so given I have a non target MBA. I’ve had some good luck with reaching out through email but should I not even bother this week given the short week? Would it come off as more of a hassle given the crunch this week?
How long on avg. does it take for a consulting firm to get back to you after your final interview?
Principal at BCG (US) equal to what level at B4?
Strategy& vs Parthenon total comp past MBA level? I’ve got offers for both. Parthenon is 170k and Strategy& is 150k base, but I’ve heard S& bonuses are higher. I’m wondering how total comp compares
High performer looking to jump to Tier 2 from Big 4. 2 years work experience on digital strategy and customer analytics projects. Love my firm but feel held back by peers / want broader experiences.
Need to put in my notice - what should I title the meeting invites for coach and Project PMD? Must be out in today so it needs to convey importance (don’t move this to another day) without coming across as an ass? Should I put anything in the body of the meeting invite?
Any insight into what the “skills” interview consists of at Accenture Tech Strategy? Specifically for the Accenture Tech Strat & Advisory offering. Not sure what types of skill questions will be asked since this isn’t a technical implementation role. TIA!
What’s a good excuse for skipping work for a full day interview? Hard to come up with an excuse when you’re working from home
I am an Audit S1 that wants to work in a B4 Forensics practice. Would it be best for me to accept an offer in Forensics at a much smaller firm (local, 150ish total employees) to gain experience and then try to move to B4 Forensics? Or should I stay in Audit and wait for B4 Forensics positions to open up? Please let me know your thoughts!
First flight as a Delta Diamond and I have travel in the middle seat. I was told things will be different.
At what point do I stop applying if I’m getting traction with agencies? I have a tendency to believe I’m going to get passed over, so I over apply. Now that I’m getting interviews, do I chill?
