Should I wait to negotiate with collections for rent break fee or go with 6 month payment plan with the apartment complex?

I'm not sure if I have the willpower to become "successful" in this industry.

I currently work in Healthcare as a respiratory therapist for 10 years. I have been at my job, currently, for a little over 5 years. Alongside my bachelors degree I also have a masters degree in healthcare administration. Although, I am happy with my current position as a respiratory therapist, there seems to be not a lot career growth with where the department I currently work in within my healthcare system. I am wondering what doors/opportunities I have if I were to utilize my masters degree?

Anyone considered doing an MHA after getting the CPA? Would healthcare consulting/healthcare admin be a good career? Could you be a shoe in for a hospital CFO/COO?

Currently in the process of interview for the role of a Technical Writer at Amazon (Seattle). Before the virtual onsite loop, I have been asked to provide an expected salary including base, bonus, and equity.

My Project told they will be processing my H1B coming yr. I have a spouse who is working in IT as well. I didn't know that spouses of H1B can't work in USA, until I saw a recent post is in this group. Should I say no far H1B . I have option of Canada and UK visa as well. But if I am selected in H1B lottery than I can't ask for any other visa untill it expires @

SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? This just happened to me and the sheer amount of effort that is going to go into collecting all the documents almost makes me not want to follow through. Since I didn’t finish undergrad, they’re asking for a copy of my high school diploma or transcript and that itself is going to be an absolute nightmare to get hold of. Guess I’m not really looking for a solution here, just venting.

Anyone else have associates and above that steal good ideas and make it their own, but when their ideas are bad they pretend it was your idea? I can never win.

Anyone familiar with how many apps these judges normally get or what makes candidates stand out? Are these judges generally not interested in someone who has practiced in a different market?

When it is not an urgent or time bound task, I tend to not finish tasks but my mind wanders to some other tasks. How do you stay on task ? Would love to hear your suggestions. Thank you!

Leadership seem to not want to hear the truth so people tell them what they want to hear and if you don’t middle management gets pissed at you. I am seriously thinking about looking somewhere else. After graduating with my MBA with a focus in project management, I moved organizations to go from an EMR education manager to a full time project manager specializing in EMR implementation projects. I’ve found that although I enjoy the work- changing organizations and roles in a remote world was harder than I anticipated. I want to be great at my job and I think connecting with others that have gone through similar things could help.
