I’ve worked for Oracle and am currently working for PwC India as Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant with 12.3L as the fixed part. I’m planning to switch my job and would like to know the salary figure I can ask for with my experience? I’ve heard it should be in the range of 24-30 LPA fixed. Please advise on how to negotiate and get a good package.
I have accepted an offer from KPMG India for 17 LPA fixed and am actively interviewing with other companies as well.

Negotiation in new offer: I’m moving from fully remote to fully in office (with chance of hybrid later) offer for associate director in quality in pharma for 170k base, 18% bonus and 75k equity. I’ve asked for a sign on bonus as I’m not eligible for annual next year and will be missing my current jobs bonus. I should hear tomorrow (asking for 28k). Thoughts about the offer? Is there a way for me to take advantage of the backdoor Roth loophole while funneling the money into my current Roth? I am not enjoying my work here, no motivation at all. Dreaded to report to work and having stress and anxiety. My manager is trying to micromanage me as productivity is on the lower side.

Another thing is, I have started to dislike my current tech and no more interested in it.

I am about to receive an offer from EY GDS for a role of a Business Analyst_Banking finance (Principal Consultant) with a CTC of 27 LPA (inclusive of 10% variable).

I am having 10.5 YOE. Is this grade relevant which they have offered, taking my YoE into account? How much i can negotiate upto in CTC front? I mean the highest slab of Principal consultant?
