Just took my first ever LSAT practice test, scored a 144 but left a bunch of questions blank due low on time. I haven’t sat in a chair for a test like that since high school. I just bought a prep course but feeling like I got a long way to go for my goal of 165. Any thoughts of suggestions, I’m taking the LSAT in november
Favorite easy Thanksgiving recipes? I was asked to bring a side dish for my family's meal and have this evening only to plan, shop, and cook. Easily-transportable please (no soups). Thanks fam!!

Residential Real Estate. Started practicing five years ago in NYC because it was a firm that was willing to pay me out of law school. I had little interest, but 5 years in the field has taught me a lot. I have periodically realized that my skill set is limited - never stepped inside a courtroom and don’t know the first thing about litigation. Are there any other residential r/e attorneys out there who feel trapped in their field?
Any big law attorneys that have switched to in-house positions? Is the work life balance any better?
So I’m doing a secondment, but it’s supposed to only take up to 70% of my time. It’s going to take more than that. I’m already getting pressure from partners at the firm and simply don’t have enough hours in the day to do two full time jobs. I’m thinking of putting an out of office on to my firm email during the day (explaining where I am and what I’m doing) - is that dumb? I feel like I can’t possibly monitor two inboxes at once and the firm wanted me to do this, anyway. Advice, please.
On the topic of SERP describing the runway opinion as absolutely no college, stay trafficked, I've included a list of orgs I am starting to work with for bridge advocacy. Can anyone think of others?

What’s the interview process like after having an introductory phone call with a recruiter for big 4?
For those, like me, who are getting Covid complacent: this isn’t over yet. My 36 year old cousin died today, he caught the virus working in the kitchen of a nursing home. He had asthma and diabetes so was high risk, but he was in a county with 7 total deaths before today so he thought he was safe. A father of four, only child to a single mother, only grandchild of the grandparents he lived with. Even if you can catch this virus and be ok, please remember who you could spread it to.
Is it me or is MBA hiring / internships really depressing this cycle as all us alums are basically telling students that we have no or very limited slots available?

How do y’all figure out your career goals? My parents both had blue collar 9-5 jobs, not really promotion type jobs, so it’s tough for me to formulate exactly what I want out of this career. Tips?
