Hi fishes Will work from home in FIS continue atleast upto Dec 2022? Any idea? FIS Global
I got offer in Bangalore FIS and my husband got an offer with one big company in Hyderabad. Both companies are currently WFH only but in future, I might have to consider moving to Hyderabad. Fis doesn't have office in Hyderabad so I was wondering if I can ask permanent WFH later. I guess I will be put in fis payment solution.
Thanks in advance. Kindly let me know. FIS Global

Work apart, I would say take time to recover well and also, your baby would need you beside her all the time. Please think about this too, before taking any decision.
I too think about this. And to be very frank this is a fact that maternity leaves affect women career. You will set back your career at least by 1-2 years. But that doesn't mean you should not take enough time to recover. At least take 1.5-2 month leave, this is minimum time the body needs to recover internally.
This is so thoughtful of you. But at the same time I would suggest take at least 2 months of full rest and then you can start wfh. Don't rush yourself to work.
About your wfh request, that sounds good but it totally depends on your company. It should not be a problem but as you joined recently they might be hesitant.
Thank you! This helped
Please read the policy.. or check with HR..
Please check with HR.. you will be allowed for maternity leave.. but with partial pay.
You may need to spend 6 month or 1 year in an organisation for fully paid one.
