122%? Jesus Christ
Line something up for a Jan 7 start... then enjoy a breather
My utilization is 300%. Will the Christmas break hurt me?
This utilization rate is well into PIP territory.
You need to take some time off. Literally nobody at your year end will think that your utilization rate is good when it is that high.
OP is the classic overachiever who will probably burn out pretty soon. Take it from someone who was like that at the start of their career - utilization matters only as long as you are 1% above your target. After that it’s all about how good you are at your work.
Dunno about “fine”. It’s a math problem. If you’re 122% on average across 6 months and then 0% in one month, what’s the 7 month average?
Nah, I was >200% June-July and then PTO all of August/benched much of Sept and it was fine
That’s what you get working on an engagement for 5 months straight working well over 40hrs/week
Wasn’t curious about the math @PwC 3 just curious about other fish bowlers who had similar experiences. No need to be smug
Sure there’s no “need”. But there IS an inherent joy in it
@PwC 1 my utilization would still be ok. Even with a Jan start?
Utilization is about 2% a week. Do the math
You aren’t smart enough to do the math OP?
Have a good night all
Yeah definitely, you might get the axe soon
