Go to a good derm for a CO2 laser (1 every 6 months until you are happy with result then 1/annual or biannual) and start using serums with growth factors, exosomes, and hyaluronic acid. Skinmedica TNS for growth factors, skinmedica for HA5, plated for exosomes. The neutrogena CVS garbage will get you nowhere. You get what you pay for. Thank me next year :)
Thanks a lot!
Trentinoin, if you use it, should be used regularly and not just when acne appears! It helps exfoliate and build collagen which results in younger skin. I’d also recommend a retinol eye cream and a facial tool like a gua Sha.
There’s also injectables if you’re looking to go that route!
Thanks much for sharing this. I will definitely read about it
I hate to be the bearer of this news but it's probably time for injectables and skin-tightening procedures.
Remember, that Botox prevents wrinkles not removes them, so if you start now, you will need injections twice a year max, and your under-eye wrinkles won't develop any further.
For your folds, I would recommend trying skin-tightening laser treatments so your collagen production gets a boost.
Also, at 35 you should be using hyaluronic, vitamin C, and retinol twice a day. Moisturizing is always good, but you're now experiencing the loss of collagen, which is a different problem.

Not skin care advice but embrace the aging, not everyone gets the privilege. We are more than just the wrinkles on our face.
Skin care advice that is not topicals/injections - make sure you are getting enough protein in your diet, our bodies need more protein as we age and this can affect the appearance of the face, losing the “baby” face. Beyond sunscreen, sun protective clothing is essential if you are outside for extended periods of time (big hats, sunglasses, UPF shirts). Managing stress - make sure you are getting enough sleep, getting in movement, laughing and enjoying life, whatever makes your happy, stress will age you faster.
And for actual skin care advice, rentinol/tret should be used every other night at least or every night if you can tolerate it. You do not get the long term positive benefits from it using it as a spot treatment. The rest of your skin care routine sounds fine, there are so many that work and it’s preference based but the routine retinol use is essential.
Thank you so much. All that you mentioned make sense
