401k match rate in this industry? Fidelity says 4.7% is average. Ours is below that.

Need help on how to invest. We are positioned to pay off our house later this year. I have an interview for an AM position at a prop tech company. It’s my first AM role after doing sales. Is it common for AM’s to not receive any further compensation outside of their basic salary (so no commissions, bonuses or equity).
